2011 Eldre, specialists in laminated busbars, is acquired
2014 Majority stake in Cirprotec, specialists in lightning and overvoltage protection (SPD)
2015 ASP, Chinese specialists in overvoltage protection, is acquired
2016 Joint venture, named Hatan Electrical Carbon, with Harbin Electric Carbon in China to serve the Chinese rail market
2018 Aquisition of the remaining capital of Cirprotec, specialist in lightning and overvoltage protection
2018 Acquisition of Idealec, designer and manufacturer of laminated bus bars
2018 Aquisition of FTCap, designer and manufacturer of capacitors
2019 Acquisition of Advanced Graphite Materials Italy, specialist in graphite and carbon fiber insulation
2019 Aquisition of of assets in the graphite business of the former Graftech site in Columbia (Tennessee).
